I run a Facebook Business Ads but I get a lot of death clicks (evidence included). What is facebook action to avoid those fake clicks?
Hi all,
I'm running a website and want to get more users, so I'm using paid ads.
I target facebook as there are a lot of potential users there. During my study, I know that there are fake clicks, (but their users are temping to me) so I start a trial with small budget first and see how it goes. I have a budget and plan to spend after the trial.
I create an ads to redirect facebook user to my website. I expect users will click on the ads, visit my website, goes around; most of them will then leave and very few of them will register an account.
Fact
Here is the fact that I get when running Facebook Business Ads:
Real user click rate: 7.78 %
Death click rate: 92.22 %
Statistics
Total Click (from Facebook): 517
Captured Requests (from my website): 360
Death click (from my website): 332
There is a different between those numbers due to I only start developing the capture feature when I see something wrong with the ads.

Death Click Behavior
Single request only: just one request to the website then nothing more (terrible, 'they' don't even bother to mimic a real user)
Time is varied all around the day, even in 'night' time (not good)
Location (from ip address) is around the country (good job)

I'm from Vietnam. I'm not against facebook or relate to their competitors, I'm just a customer.
As a trial, I don't expect much, I just want to see how it goes then make an improvement.

Note that I'm sharing my fact. I give no conclusion yet, actually I try and couldn't find facebook support page to get more information and ask for investigation.
How do I collect the evidence
If you are a web developer then it's very simple, else you may ask your web developer to do. There is no sensitive information.
